Jing Lei, assistant professor of instructional design, development & evaluation in the School of Education, is quoted in a U.S. News & World Report article on e-textbooks.

Leonard Burman, Daniel Patrick Moynihan Professor of Public Affairs in the Maxwell School, commented in a article on possible tax increases as a result of the federal deficit.  

The Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans with Disabilities (EBV) at the Whitman School was featured in a CNN business story.

First-year student Amy Zeis was quoted in a WSYR-AM report on students moving into Ernie Davis Hall. Eileen Simmons, director of the Office of Housing, Meal Plan and I.D. Card Services, was also mentioned.

CNYlink reported on the 2009–10 season of Syracuse University’s Pulse Performing Arts Series.
