Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications is the top journalism school in the country, according to a recent survey conducted by NewsPro, the magazine for news professionals.
Newhouse “easily claimed the top spot,” according to an article published in the December 2011 issue of NewsPro. Rounding out the top five were Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism; the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism; University of Missouri at Columbia School of Journalism; and the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism.
The survey was distributed to TVWeek.com and NewsPro readers, with 438 responding.
