The Syracuse International Film Festival has launched My SYRFILM, its online festival planning
platform for the 2009 festival (April 24-May 3). My SYRFILM is a one-stop means for film fans to
organize their entire festival experience from the comfort of their personal computer.

When users visit the festival website (http://www.syrfilmfest.com) and are ready to select the films
they want to see during the festival, they can click on the "My SYRFILM" link in the upper right
hand corner of the screen. After creating a simple account, users can begin compiling their list of
films.

On the home page for each film or program in the festival, users can click a button that says "Add,"
which places that film screening or program on their My SYRFILM itinerary. Then, when they are
finished browsing through the festival program and have made their film and program selections,
they can go back to My SYRFILM and view their festival calendar.

My SYRFILM offers an overview and a printable calendar for more efficient planning. My
SYRFILM also provides a link to the online box office, where festival patrons can buy single tickets,
festival passes and tickets to special events and parties.

An account on My SYRFILM also allows a user to leave comments on the Syracuse Film Festival
blog.

My SYRFILM is one more way that the Syracuse International Film Festival is working to make the
2009 festival experience as convenient and enjoyable as possible.
