Two exhibitions of work by bachelor of fine arts degree candidates in Syracuse
University's College of Visual and Performing Arts (VPA) will be held at XL Projects,
the college's venue at 307-313 S. Clinton St., Syracuse. The first exhibition will be
held April 15-26 with an opening reception Friday, April 17, from 4-7 p.m. The
second exhibition will be held April 29-May 10 with an opening reception Friday,
May 1, from 6-9 p.m. The shows are free and open to the public.
Both exhibitions will feature work from seniors in VPA's
School of Art and Design
and Department of Transmedia, with a particular focus on the areas of painting,
illustration, printmaking, sculpture, ceramics, fiber arts/material studies and art
photography.
