The wildly popular "Syracuse Marathon Men" T-shirt is pictured on display in the window of the Syracuse University Bookstore on Thursday. The T-shirt was inspired by the SU men's basketball team's marathon overtime win over UConn last week in the Big East Tournament, and is being printed by Holy Shirt in Syracuse. The front of the T-shirt reads "Syracuse Marathon Men," and the back reads "244 points. 226 minutes. 6 overtimes. 2 days. 1 for the ages. Syracuse 127, UConn 117. March 12-13, 2009."
The shirts have been shipped all over the U.S, including Alaska and Hawaii, to Canada, and to Australia.
