The Syracuse University Library, the Department of Women's and Gender Studies in
SU's College of Arts and Sciences and the LGBT Studies Program are co-sponsoring
a brown bag lecture/discussion, "LGBTQ Throughout History," on Thursday, March
26, from 12:30-1:30 p.m. in the Peter Graham Scholarly Commons in E.S. Bird
Library.

Presenters are history department faculty members Albrecht Diem, Carol Faulkner
and Norman Kutcher, who will speak on LGBTQ in Medieval Europe, feminism and
lesbianism in American history, and Qing eunuchs as transgendered people.

All in the University community are welcome to attend; the speakers and organizers
especially welcome student participation. Attendees can bring a bag lunch and enjoy
a brief lecture by the panelists, followed by questions and discussion.
