Syracuse University's Student Association announced today that it will offer students free
shuttle buses serving campus, the Regional Transportation Center and Hancock International
Airport for students connecting with air, rail or bus service during the busy Spring Break travel
period.

The free shuttle service begins March 5, from 4-9 p.m. and continues March 6 from 10 a.m.-9
p.m. and March 7 from 6 a.m.-1 p.m. During this time, Quality Coach buses will leave SU's
Hildegarde and J. Myer Schine Student Center about every hour on the hour, reaching the
Regional Transportation Center at about 15 minutes past the hour and the airport at about 30
minutes past the hour, weather and traffic permitting. The Student Association and the bus
company will not be responsible for missed flights, trains or buses.

As students return from Spring Break, a March 15 shuttle bus run will offer service from 10 a.m.-11
p.m. with pickup at the Regional Transportation Center and the airport, and drop-off at the
Schine Student Center.

The Student Association is offering this free shuttle service in addition to the $99 round-trip
buses to New York, Boston, Philadelphia and Washington. As previously announced, the long-
haul student buses will operate March 6 and March 15. A limited number of seats are still
available. Full details are available online at
