Syracuse Community Test Kitchen hosts panel on winning recipes

The Syracuse Community Test Kitchen (COMTEK) will host an "Eyes on the Prize"
cooking panel on Tuesday, Feb. 10, at 5:30 p.m. The event will feature Dave
Lenweaver, winner of the $25,000 Culinary Institute of America's Annual Apple Pie
Contest, and Vicki Feldman, finalist in the Pillsbury Bake-off? Contest, who will
discuss their secrets for winning recipes.


The event is being held at the South Side Innovation Center (SSIC), located at 2610 S.
Salina St. in Syracuse. A $10 entrance fee includes light refreshments.

COMTEK is a collaboration of the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse
University, Morrisville State College and Nelson Farms. COMTEK facility assists food
entrepreneurs to develop and test new food products for sale locally, nationally and
internationally.
