Adjuncts United members should plan to attend one of the open enrollment
informational meetings for part-time faculty eligible for the Adjuncts United
Modified Benefits Plan:

• Thursday, Oct. 2, 9-11 a.m., Room 010 of Eggers Hall
  
• Friday, Oct. 10, noon-2 p.m., Room 207 of the Hall of Languages
  
• Monday, Oct. 13, 5-7 p.m., Maxwell Auditorium, Maxwell Hall
  

Spouses/partners are also welcome to attend the meeting. Those planning to attend
should R.S.V.P. to the Human Resources Service Center at hrservic@syr.edu or call
443-4042. Those who are unable to attend one of these meetings but would like to be
informed about future meeting dates should also contact the HR Service Center.

Open enrollment for part-time faculty eligible for the Adjuncts United Modified
Benefits Plan will be conducted online from Monday, Oct. 13, through Friday, Oct.
24, for benefits effective Jan. 1, 2009. Eligible part-time faculty members will receive
e-mail instructions on the open enrollment process.
