Syracuse University

Construction work on Syracuse University's new residence hall at 619 Comstock Ave.
necessitates the following roadway closure, effective Monday, Sept. 22, and
continuing through Friday, Oct. 3:

• Both the north- and south-bound lanes of Comstock Avenue between Waverly
  Avenue and University Place will be closed. Pedestrians should obey all traffic
  signs and cross the effected streets at designated crosswalks and street
  intersections.
  

  
  

• Barricades will be installed across the road with signage posted notifying
  traffic of the road closure and detour routes.
  

  
  

• The detour route from the south will be: Comstock Avenue to University
  Place to Ostrom Avenue to either Marshall Street or Harrison Street
  (depending on where the individual is going).
  

  
  

• The detour route from the north will be: Waverly Avenue to Ostrom Avenue
  to University Place.
