Enitiative (the Syracuse Campus-Community Entrepreneurship Initiative) is sponsoring a video contest open to all students enrolled at Enitiative partner institutions. The contest encourages students to highlight entrepreneurial scholarship in action in Central New York, with the opportunity to win up to $750 in prizes.

Students from Syracuse University, the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry, Morrisville State College, Le Moyne College, Cayuga Community College and Onondaga Community College are invited to participate.

Prizes will be awarded in three categories:

  • Best promotional video for an innovative product, service or organization in Central New York
  • Best informational video about an entrepreneurial campus-community collaborative project
  • Best video on entrepreneurship or innovation produced for a class project

Video submissions are due April 15. A panel of judges will select three winners in each category. Winners will be announced on May 1. The first-place team will receive $750 in gift cards; the second-place team will receive $400 in gift cards; and the third-place team will receive $200 in gift cards.
