Comparing apples and oranges can be problematic, but combining them can yield positive results. Syracuse University's Office of Student Life has teamed up with Syracuse-area schools to operate Apples and Oranges, a school supplies drive to help schools that are low on items like glue sticks, scissors, pencil sharpeners and notebooks.
Supplies collected from the drive will go to the Dr. King Magnet School and Levy Middle School in Syracuse. The drive will also accept financial donations for the schools.
