Students from Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and College of Visual and Performing Arts (VPA) presented the fashion show "Making a Fashion Statement" April 13 in the Newhouse I Lobby. The show served as the kick-off event for the Fashion and Beauty Communications Milestone, a new concentration that explores fashion and beauty as communication that will begin in Fall 2007.
