The new Connective Corridor website (http://connectivecorridor.syr.edu) describes the vision for the corridor; information on the sponsoring partners and the arts and entertainment venues along its path; and news about the design competition, which Syracuse University and the City of Syracuse are partnering to implement.

Features of the website include a news section that will be updated periodically with new information and photos; a map of the area encompassing the Connective Corridor, including venues accessible along the proposed transit route; and a resources page that enables users to research community development plans and historical information on the neighborhoods that compose the corridor.

The website also highlights the academic work of SU students and faculty who are assisting with the development of the corridor under the "Imagining the Connective Corridor" program. Teams of students from across the University are conducting research, developing concepts and engaging in community-based projects. The students have the opportunity to apply their educational experiences by engaging with other stakeholders as the corridor project advances. Results of their work will be posted.

Once plans for the project's design competition are finalized, the timetable will also be posted.
