On Thursday, Oct. 6, Syracuse University's Career Services Network will host the Fall 2005 Career Fair. The event will take place in the Carrier Dome from 1:30-6 p.m.
Some 125 employers plan to attend this year's event, a 34 percent increase from 2004. Employers will seek students from a broad range of academic backgrounds, for internships and full-time career opportunities. Among the industries newly represented at the Career Fair this year are design, public relations, research, hospitality management, social work and theater. Additional opportunities will be available in IT, finance, marketing, retail, engineering, accounting, sales, management, computer science, medicine, supply chain, and human resources.
