For two weeks this fall, teams of Christian and Muslim believers will be visiting selected locations in the United States as part of the Interfaith Listening Project, sponsored by the Presbyterian Church (USA). Through the project, Christians and Muslims from 10 nations will be making 33 visits around the U.S. Syracuse University's Hendricks Chapel and the InterReligious Council of Central New York are joining the Presbyterian Church in sponsoring these visits in the Syracuse area.
Mehboob Sada, director of the Christian Study Centre in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, and Dr. M. Alsam Khaki, chairman of the Insaaf Welfare Trust in Islamabad, Pakistan, will participate in a brown bag lunch discussion on Tuesday, Oct. 5 from noon to 1:30 pm in the Noble Room of SU's Hendricks Chapel. Those attending should bring their own lunch; beverages will be provided.
