Syracuse University's Joe and Emily Lowe Art Gallery will present the documentary "In Memoriam: New York City, 9/11/01," a historical record of the terrorist attacks in New York City. The documentary focuses on the experiences of former New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani and his staff as they responded to the events that day.
The documentary is an HBO Production in association with Brad Grey Pictures. It won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Picture Editing for Non-Fiction Programming in 2002.
The documentary will run from Sept. 12-Oct. 13. The Lowe Gallery is free and open to the public. Gallery hours are Tuesday and Thursday-Sunday from noon-5 p.m., and Wednesday from noon-8 p.m. The Lowe Gallery is handicapped accessible.
