Student Affairs selected to host MUFP fellows

July 19, 2004

The National Association of Student Personnel Administrators has approved Syracuse University's Division of Student Affairs as a Minority Undergraduate Fellows Program (MUFP) 2004 Internship Host Site; two applicants have been chosen to serve as MUFP interns at SU during the Fall 2004 semester under the aegis of the Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA). They are Jessica Santos, from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, and Todd Wilcox, from the University of Arizona.

According to James Duah-Ageyman, OMA director, the highly competitive program drew more than 20 applicants from around the country. At SU, the interns will spend eight weeks working within Student Affairs, partnering with the department that best matches their scholarly and career development interests.
