Rachel Roy, a senior in Syracuse University's Rose, Jules R. and Stanford S. Setnor School of Music, will perform a mezzo soprano voice recital, April 16 at 6 p.m. in Hendricks Chapel. It is free and open to the public. Parking is available in the Irving and University Avenue garages.
Roy will perform selections from Bellini, Schumann, Barber and Faure and will be accompanied by SU graduate student Luqing Ye and the women's a cappella ensemble The Mandarins-comprised of members of the SU Women's Choir. Roy is music director and a member of The Mandarins.
