Steven Monblatt, deputy coordinator of counterterrorism at the U.S. State Department, will speak on "Current Trends in Counter-Terrorism Policy" April 10 from 4:30 to 6 p.m. in the Public Events Room, 220 Eggers Hall. The lecture is part of the Global Policies Lecture Series sponsored by the Global Affairs Institute of The Maxwell School.
As deputy coordinator for counterterrorism, Monblatt's responsibilities include overseeing programs to combat terrorism. He also prepares an annual report, "Patterns of Global Terrorism."
