Staff 2 Staff Wellness Series: LiveWELL
LiveWell combines movements of yoga, tai chi, pilates and ballet to provide an exercise program that utilizes your own body's weight and flowing motions. LiveWell is an alternative to traditional exercise programs as it exercises joints gently and aids memory. This session will demonstrate sequences that can be done at work and that are appropriate for all fitness levels.
