We encourage all students to apply for admission online.

If you wish to submit our application by mail, instructions are included in the downloadable application booklet [PDF - 569 KB]. All pertinent information on completing and submitting your application is available in the donwloaded application booklet. This information is also available via the links on the right side of this page.

The free Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 6.0 or greater) is required to view and use this document on your computer. We recommend that you save the application booklet to your hard drive first by right clicking on the link (Windows) or clicking and holding the link (Mac OS) and selecting "Save Target As..." from the pop-up menu. The application pages are designed to allow you to type in your responses right on the page. As Acrobat Reader does not allow you to save the application with the information you enter, we recommend that you print each page as it is completed. Or, you can print the application in its entirety and complete it using a blue or black ink pen.
