High School for Leadership and Public Service (HSLAPS)

Syracuse University's Maxwell School of Citizenship, in collaboration with the New York City Board of Education, developed HSLAPS for high school students. The goal is to develop a generation of leaders from urban areas by providing a rigorous academic curriculum and opportunities for leadership and public service.
