  • ELIGIBILITY: Must be a full time graduate, or undergraduate with junior or senior standing, in the 2010-2011 academic year. Have a clearly demonstrated interest in the classical liberal/libertarian tradition of individual rights and market economies, and are interested in applying the principles of this tradition in their work.
