Structure
SU’s Board consists of Board Members, Emeritus Trustees and Honorary Trustees. Board Members are the voting members of the Board and are designated in four categories:
- 1. Ex officio Trustees
- 2. Organization Trustees
- 3. Alumni Trustees
- 4. Trustees
The Chancellor and President of the National Alumni Association serve as ex officio trustees during their terms of office. Alumni Trustees are elected by the National Alumni Association. All other trustees are elected by the Board. Emeritus and Honorary Trustees attend and participate in all meetings, serve on committees, but do not vote.
