Dear Fellow SU Student,

Did you know that the tuition, room, and board we pay covers only 85% of SU’s annual expenses? The rest is funded by gifts and grants, including donations from alumni, professors, parents, and even our fellow students.

Today, April 7, marks 85% of the way through our 2010-11 school year. Today is the day tuition, room, and board no longer cover the costs to run SU. But thanks to our donors, April 7 is also the day philanthropy kicks in, funding SU for the rest of the year.
