Carl J. Schramm, Ph.D., J.D., a University Professor at Syracuse University, previously served as the president and CEO of the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation.
A noted entrepreneur, he founded several successful companies, including Patient Choice Health Care and Greenspring Advisors. His books include Good Capitalism, Bad Capitalism (Yale, 2008) and Better Capitalism, Renewing the Entrepreneurial Strength of the American Economy (Yale, 2012), both with Robert Litan.
