 | The following alumni were recently elected as officers of the 2011-12 SU Alumni Association board of directors: president, Brian Spector '78; past president, Larry Bashe '66, G'68; and vice president, Laurie Taishoff '84. Newly elected board members are Sam Clarvit '10, Sherman Douglas '89, Jason Jedlinski '99, Kristen Krikorian '99, Manuel Mazo '88, Marc Penziner '01, John Robinson '90, and Pamela Stern '90. Elected as student members were Neal Casey '12, Bonnie Kong '12, Alyssa Brennan '14, and Philip Alampi '14.

 | SUccess in the City 2011 events kicked off in Philadelphia on May 24, with more than 60 alumni in attendance. Since then, alumni have networked in Central New York (Syracuse); Washington, D.C.; and Los Angeles. In all, close to 1,000 alums have registered to attend this year's career networking events.
