Join alumna Nikki Glor '99 for a thirty minute Belly and Booty (Cardio & Sculpting) and thirty minute Buddah Breath Calming Yoga class.  The Belly and Booty workout focuses on multitasking toning moves that work the abs and glutes (no equipment needed).  The Buddah Breath Calming Yoga is to help center yourself, focus on the now, stretch and strengthen your muscles in this 30 mniute Vinyasa flow.  Your body gets a workout while the mind gets a mini vacation.  To learn more about Nikki go to www.nikkifitness.com.
